The most basic belief that design and building of any project goes together. After years of being a part of Architecture firms and realizing how hard it is for my design vision to be executed in the field is nearly impossible unless I would be a part of both worlds. That is why I created Kor Design + Build. It is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are one.
